Yes, great service before, during, and after order. Everything was fulfilled properly and shipping to USA was no problem. I did suffer a slightly bent neck joint but it was due to mishandling by FedEx. The seller offered to help, but everything is ok as it was just a slight bend and I am confident I could readjust it with proper tools. I highly recommend this site, this was my first full size doll purchase and they made it as stress free as possible!
